cause of the problem but unfortunately parts not available for a fix. Although I didn't buy another, there was no charge. There still is good old fashioned service out there! -

Great prices great service and I just got a brand new Hoover pet cordless that is incredible and has 40 minute run time for 450 WITH a 3 year warranty and 2 batteries.. This will be my go to shop forever up forever! -

(January 29, 2022, 12:47 pm)Absolutely excellent customer service. I had a problem with my 22 year old central vac beater attachment. I did a Google search for vacuum repair in Cambridge & called Guy's. They were not opening until February 1st but the very friendly guy said just bring it in & I'll look at it. It was actually too worn out to fix but Guy's guy, lol (Wayne I think) fitted me with a new beater attachment days before they're scheduled to open.
One very satisfied customer.🙂
