Nice collection, affordable price great customer service

Love the selection of shoes. The sale women was terrible very rude and when l asked for my size for a pair of boots $155. She check for my size and said we dont have that size and that was that I then ask her can l order it online and she said yes. Didn't want to help us at all. She shouldn't be working if she doesn't care about the customers. ( Sat)

This has become our go to online footwear outlet to shop with the current shutdown in place. Great customer service, great regular and sale prices and extended return period. Will continue to deal here once we reach what used to be normal shopping. My only compliant is concerning a purchase that include an additional discount which after purchasing a larger size wasn't provide. Upon calling customer service was assured by women that she would send out discount coupon to cover amount she wasn't able to provide a refund on my bill. Unfortunately after 5 weeks nothing every arrived from Softmoc and likely it never will since talk is cheap and action disappeared. Time will tell.

Only 6 people allowed in the store at once and 5 of those people are staff ànd they were not helpful at all very rude

Savanna and Heather were so kind and helpful while I was shopping! I had so many questions and had a hard time making decisions and they were so patient and kind as I was indecisive! Thank you for all your help!
