“This has become our go to online footwear outlet to shop with the current shutdown in place. Great customer service, great regular and sale prices and extended return period. Will continue to deal here once we reach what used to be normal shopping. My only compliant is concerning a purchase that include an additional discount which after purchasing a larger size wasn't provide. Upon calling customer service was assured by women that she would send out discount coupon to cover amount she wasn't able to provide a refund on my bill. Unfortunately after 5 weeks nothing every arrived from Softmoc and likely it never will since talk is cheap and action disappeared. Time will tell. Rick Lane Kitchener”

“Friendly staff. The store is always clean and well organized. However, I do all my shopping online so whenever I'm here in the store it's to return items. They never give me a hard time, the returns are quick and painless. I do not like how they have small toys at children's level at the cash register. It's very hard to keep my 2 year old out of them. I'm always worried she'll put one in her pocket without me seeing. A very poor place to put the toys.”

Very attentive running back and forth with dresses and sashes for me to try. Very happy with the service we received. My daughter was measured in case she wanted to look online and shown a few styles plus given a little information bag. “First time there today and for someone like me I wish I knew about this place years ago. It's kinda buried in the back behind Angel's Diner so never knew it existed. I am a Size 15 x2 Wide which means I usually have a horrible time ever finding footwear of any kind but they had numerous brands and styles in my size at very reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Gonna be the one spot I will buy shoes at from now on.”
