Doreen Williams was excellent to deal with right from when I first called her. She helped me figure out what I should consider for a custom closet. Then she sent me drawings and it was the 7th set that we agreed upon. The installer arrived on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job. And they even came back the next day to be sure that they had installed my belt rack where I wanted it. They moved it happily for me and put putty into the holes so that the unit looks great. The quality is excellent and the pricing was very fair. They will give you a quote and drawings for free - so give them a try!”

“Phenomenal experience with this company. I don't even know where to begin. I hired Cris to remove old flooring/carpet and install brand new floors throughout our house, but he ended up helping with so much more. We had also hired a painter at the same time who was erratic and abusive. Cris had my back the entire time, making sure job was done properly and then finally, when we had to let the painter go because things had gotten so bad, intervened when the painter made threats against my home. At the time I had been driving back and forth between Toronto and Waterloo to get the project done and it was supremely stressful. I can't imagine how I would have been able to handle that without Cris stepping in to help. He then helped me find a fantastic crew to finish the job. When I got a quote to build out our unfinished basement that was quite high, Cris stepped in with his crew of contractors that he has worked with from other jobs and found me everyone including the architect to get the job done. That is going on right now. I can't say enough about how supremely helpful Cris has been. He's a really good guy and the crew he works with are also upstanding men with good values who do a phenomenal job. The quality of his work is top notch. Excellent attention to detail and he has great taste. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for a high end home because his finishes are perfection. On top of all of this, when it came to sourcing material, Cris was always on the look out for the best deal for me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Southwest Flooring again. I can't recommend them enough.”
