“A little while back I started having a culmination of physical issues that were getting so bad I didn’t think I’d be able to work or do the things I enjoyed anymore. I could barely move or even walk at times. Disability seemed like a very real next step. Having a physical job, time in the gym and sports meant a lot of wear and tear. Decided to seek out some treatment for these nagging/debilitating issues that had come to a head. Eric not only helped treat the issues, but also helped me to figure out root causes. Whether it was improper form or poor habits he got me moving again through a methodical approach to eliminate my causes of pain one by one. Not only that but he explained why these things were happening and over time gave me the tools to work on these things and take a proactive approach to stay on top of things myself. Eric exudes positivity and encouragement which have rubbed off on me. I am now stronger, fitter, faster, smarter, a better lifter and I’ve never been a better golfer. I credit my progress wholeheartedly to Eric and the work we have done together. Without having gone to Rebuild I shudder to think where I would be without his guidance. There are lots of physiotherapists out there but I can’t imagine one better than Eric. He has given me a new lease on life.
