“Jonathan is the most incredible trainer with a calm vibe, yet has a great sense of humour and can make anyone laugh and smile. He's knowledgeable beyond words and has the ability to make people push themselves way beyond their limits (in a positive way). Not only is he a top notch trainer but he's also incredible with children. Both of my kids have trained with him and it has been the highlight of their week. They count down the days until they get to see him, and leave their session feeling like a superhero (not just because of what they are physically able to accomplish, but also because of how he makes them feel mentally). He's caring and kind and I would recommend him to anyone at any fitness level. If I could rate him 10 stars I would, without hesitation. I wouldn't "see what your options are", I would book him NOW!!!!!”

“I have been going to this group for the past 3 years on and off. I was initially in a severe car accident and AIM Health Group was recommended by my family doctor. They were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They helped me with everything involved (e.g., explaining exactly what was going on with my body, LOTS of paperwork for both work and insurance, what exercises to do at home between treatments, what products I could use to alleviate pain) while I healed. I came to them with a concussion and numerous body ailments and after months of treatment I felt a lot better! So when I was in yet another car accident this past summer (with my family), it was easy to choose where I wanted to go and recommended it to my father as well. We both went for numerous months together to treat our whiplash and concussion symptoms. My father was also grateful for the services provided to him, to get him back onto the golf course for years to come! I am currently still a patient and feel supported yet again to get through this time in my life. I have seen how they interact with both staff and patients and they are nothing but cooperative and accommodating with everyone around them. Their current facilities (that are not shown in pictures here) are easy to access with ample door to door, one level parking. “Little Feet is a must-go for your baby’s ultrasound! They will provide enough reminders for your appointment and will call you on the day! My session with Nadia was great! She welcomed us at the suite’s front door after she called us. She’s very patient until she was able to confirm our baby’s gender! The room was cozy, clean, big, exclusive and comfortable! A big tv screen is also available for the dads!😄 She shared a bit of her pregnancy journey and gave us advice. Photo was well printed and gave a treat for Father’s day… Overall, great experience and highly recommended!”
