Very pleasant and informative team to work with after going through an insurance claim. They had the bodywork (requested and insurance covered) done within the time estimate given, and it was an overall quick, easy experience.
Regency was highly recommended to me for the excellent work that they do. I am very meticulous about my truck & am very happy with the result of having this amazing team of people fix my truck. Dealing with Tiffany & Andrew was amazing & I thank them both very much for everything that they did & a huge thank you to all the guys that did the work on my truck. it looks brand new & I am extremely happy with the end result. Was very friendly and helpful. Got the job done quick and was done very well. Had to get a full rear bumper replacement. 2nd time coming here and very satisfied with both visits. Thanks guys :).
My SUV was brought in as CSN is listed as an approved repair shop for my insurance. Everything was lined up, estimate made and verbally explained. Little over a week later I brought it in as scheduled. Estimate of 10 working days, with updates once torn down to confirm estimate.
Vehicle was done in 7, and the work done looked good. However, there was no call until the vehicle was "ready for paint", and the person on the phone was not that knowledgeable of the work performed. Once I picked up, I saw work that was done, and work that was not as described in initial verbal quote. I understand the insurance will only pay for the damage caused, but repairing a panel that already needs work should have prompted a phone call with options of "out of pocket" improvements (Betterment). Communication through the process could be better, but as mentioned, the work performed was very good. (I have restored multiple cars over the years, I'm very familiar with what work is performed)
Also had to return for a minor miss (bulb out from the accident), which they fixed with no hassle. Overall, okay experience.
Update: with better lighting I can see the shade does not match the original paint. Blending was not done as well as I initially thought unfortunately.
Side note to CSN : Your vestibule is not sound proof, and anyone in it waiting for their vehicle CAN hear what you say about customers. Although I was amused, its not very professional as an FYI.
