Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After 30 years of constant business travel and 20 years of retirement I have probably rented over 1000 cars. Today's customer service experience with Allison at Enterprise King Street Kitchener was certainly one of the best. If I still owned a company I would hire her away.

Top marks to Allison at Enterprise Kitchener Centreville!! Not only was I given an upgrade and treated with professionalism and a friendly manner, but my billing was completed in a timely manner and a courtesy follow up call was made by her. All it took was some common sense and 5 minutes of her time, and Allison managed to restore my faith in your company.

Rented with them twice and both times were great. The pickup driver was super nice, and at the counter they were fast and courteous. Great place to rent a car, highly recommend.

I definitely recommend it. The manager and al staff are great. You can count on them. Polite and help you if needed. Nice place to rent your car when in Kitchener.

The best place to rent a vehicle, I told them there was a issue with the vehicle and they asked me to bring it in right away so they could fix the problem, I so did and they showed me three vehicle to choose from to replace the one I had at the beginning so I didn't have to and they said they want me and my family to feel safe no matter the issue and the issue that I had was not even that big of a deal but they still took really good care of me. Also the staff are very friendly and very polite and go above and beyond.
