“If I could give Mike Schnurr (Victoria St. location) 10 stars on here I would. We rented a car from him last week for a trip to the US. We wanted a full size car but when we got there, there wasn't one available. Mike offered a free upgrade to an SUV, which most people would jump at. Unfortunately, SUV's are not our favorite vehicle ☹ Mike made a few phone calls & came up with a Chrysler 300 but it was in a different city about 20 mins away. As we were filling out our information, we realized our credit card had expired!!! So off we went, back home to get the new one. When we got back, Mike had arranged for the Chrysler to be delivered to this location!!! It was washed, gassed up & ready to go!!! I was so impressed with Mike's professionalism & his dedication to getting us the car we wanted for our trip. Mike went above & beyond to help us & I am grateful for his genuine concern for his clients ???? I will definitely recommend Mike & his colleagues & if we are in need of a car rental in the future, this is the only location that we will go to ???? “I must give kudos to Discount Car and Truck rental. I arrived a few minutes early to pick up the 16 foot cube van I reserved ahead of time. Although the agent was not quite ready to process my rental it wasn't long before he had the paperwork ready. The truck was quite new and in good repair except for the cracked side view mirror which was still usable. The truck worked great and the price was about half the cost of a popular competitors 18 foot truck. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely choose Discount next time the need arises.”
