Shoppers Drug Mart

This place has been improved a lot since my last review.
I got used to the way how the pharmacy works.
Had to adjust my personal schedule but overall the attitude has changed a lot. Not all the members are the same but the place became much more friendly and considerate.

For a year I am not able to get refills for my prescription and have to call in every month to pick it up with day or two delay. Never call back to pickup the medicine. I was told that since my medicine is too expensive they are not able to keep it in stock. Not sure what is the auto refills service for. Stuff is most of the time polite but it doesn’t matter if the requirements of the unhealthy person are not met.

Tony is a great pharmacist he always takes time for me to answer my questions and follows up with me he even found out about a major interaction between two of my medications and had to contact my doctor ASAP he is absolutely brilliant pharmacist

Really great corner store. Has a bit of everything you need. Always had a positive experience here. Pharmacy is great, and there are always good deals on products. They go above and beyond to help you. The negative reviews on here are kind of silly. Seems as if people expect to be catered to and expect free stuff.
