“Pharmacist Neil, Certified Diabetes Educator, is generous with his time, including free private appointments. After taking insulin since 1976, I still had problems controlling my blood sugar. Using Neil's gentle, up-to-date advice, I'm managing my diabetes SO MUCH better now. And I never hear "GARY, YOUR RITALIN IS READY!" shouted over the noise of the crazy-busy drug store I used before. Apothecare is small, personal and private with lots of free parking. Neil is always friendly and willing to answer my questions. I always feel welcomed when I go to see him. Mike, his business partner and fellow pharmacist is equally welcoming.”

“I have been using spark pharmacy on occasional basis . However recently I had got my medications changed and my insurance would not cover. I wanted to use my husbands insurance coverage as I was also on his plan. The regular pharmacy a big brand would not take the information to check if it was covered and they wanted me to drive to their location . Spark pharmacy on the other hand was more flexible and took the information and this medication was covered by75% and the other medication was covered between mine and my husbands insurance 100% and the pharmacist delivered all the items to my address Amazing service . The aisles are okay to go through, yet it's not as large as some bigger locations of Shoppers drug Mart. The location is great as it's not far from the Fairview Mall and the bus station. The parking lot is better than some shoppers' , like Forest Glen's and Weber's in Waterloo.”
