However, at this particular location on a Saturday afternoon, Dec 29th, the customer service could have been better as the lineup was quite long at the time and the other girl at the balloon counter could have helped as there was no one there to get balloons at the time (maybe it was a pre-order?) Regardless, she could have helped her coworker and sped things up. Otherwise, it's generally good.
