I loved working with GVT. Every step of the experience was excellent. Getting tile samples was easy and I didn't feel rushed because there was no deadline on when I had to bring back the samples. Tiles were delivered on time and carefully handled.

Also has a great experience with Paul who oversaw the installation. He made sure to understand my project and sent an installer with my vision in mind. Cue Mo. Mo is the most professional and detail-oriented contractor that I've ever dealt with. The veining in my marble porcelain was lined up perfectly and he offered great recommendations along the process.

From end-to-end, I felt like I was in good hands with GVT and I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Grand Valley Tile is a great place for upgrading your house. Kaz, the installer, did a super job for us.

I recently replaced the carpet in my family room area of our home.
GVT had a great selection of product and their people were easy to work with. They gave us great advice on our project and their price point was spot on.
Even during our current pandemic they were available by phone and responded to emails quickly.
The installation crew were friendly and courteous and practiced all appropriate physical distancing measures while wearing masks. The overall experience was so good it has me thinking about other projects I would like to do with them in my home.

Grand Valley just completed a tile and large hardwood installation on our main floor. Adrian and Oti the installers were excellent to work with along with the quality of their workmanship, both were very detail orientated and spent time with us on the layout of both products before they installed them. It was a pleasure to work with Zach at Grand Valley and their install team.

Grand Valley Tile was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! They have a great selection of tile and Canadian made hardwood. We shopped around for months and the quality and price point at Grand Valley Tile exceeded our expectations! Carmen and Steve were quick to answer any emails or questions we had and they made sure the process went seamlessly. Steve was there during the delivery and install process which was a comfort as this was the first major renovation for our house. Kyle, our tile installer, did a phenomenal job! It was hard to envision what the final product would look like in a herringbone so he laid out a few examples to choose from which was above and beyond. Brad and his team installed the hardwood for our entire main level. They were all talented and professional and again I love how everything turned out.
