Forest Hill Pharmacy I.D.A. Is the best pharmacy I have found to get prescriptions in my area of Kitchener. I started going here after more than one mix up at one of the BIG CHAIN pharmacies, and I have been extremely happy with this I.D.A. ever since.

At Forest Hill IDA the pharmacists remember your name when you walk in! That is amazing these days!
The service is friendly, always helpful, and everyone is very knowledgeable. Staff offer to help you, and are very congenial.

The retail space has everything you might need from a pharmacy, including gift shopping, and some clothing and accessories. Once I needed something that was not on the shelf, and they offered to order it in for me. Wow! Personal service! Love it!
