She was so very accommodating, helped me write a kind condolence message, as well as pick flowers that were appropriate and in my budget, not only that but she had them delivered on the same day! I called at 2pm, do I didn’t even think delivery the same day would be an option, but Dawn made it happen. Even more gorgeous than the ones on the website, which was an added bonus. “Heat gave out in the morning. I called Hogg and was able to get a serviceman out by afternoon. Glad I didn't have to wait too long! Luckily it was a fairly quick repair. I'm a single female and did not feel swindled or taken advantage of. Any time I've used Hogg the repair/maintenance price was reasonable. Note my furnace is closer to 30 yrs old! I know I need a new one, but the guys at least didn't try to pressure me into buying a furnace with them. They just repair and go on their way! Very helpful and professional!”

Easy process, u call them ask about the part, they take 1 hour to check and then will call u back and then another hour and they will call u come and collect ( in my case, they didn't call to pick up but I followed up repeatedly and they took it for me, may be they were having a busy day).”

“I have been going to Dani for years now. I only trust him with my German vehicles. I have sent him many clients of mine and everyone have been extremely happy. He is a very honest person, he will let you know if things need to be changed or hold off. That means a lot where other mechanics want to make that quick buck. I recently ran into an issue with my partners C class he ordered the part extremely quick and even came on a holiday to fix it so we can have an extra vehicle. He was willing to allow me to test-drive the car and had the perfect route with a mix of city/highway speeds. Corey communicated effectively and took care of all of the paperwork/plates/registration, making this as smooth a process as I've ever experienced. I would definitely return to Shift Auto for another vehicle! As for the car, I've since driven it a lot and had it serviced at a dealer - it runs extremely well and the feedback from the dealer was that the vehicle is in excellent condition.
