Christine in the Kitchener location did a wonderful design and was able to accommodate all our special request. The measure was accurate and and the install went smoothly. We are very happy with the quality and workmanship and they were competitively priced. Things were checked by Dave (the manager) and cleaned up after the install. Our freshly painted walls and new floors were left unmarked. We are more than pleased with the end result and strongly recommend their product to anyone considering a new kitchen. J&J”

“We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Structube Kitchener location. Our daughter bought a house in Kitchener this past fall and her realtor highly recommended checking out this store for affordably priced, unique, quality merchandise. The vibe in this store is inviting and friendly. We received courteous, knowledgeable service from sales rep, Carlos, who took us around the store and answered our questions. As we were leaving the store, Manager Charlie offered us a complimentary measuring tape. My husband mentioned that he taught Construction Technology and he asked about purchasing a quantity of tape measures to replenish his classroom inventory. To our complete surprise, Charlie took out a class set of measuring tapes and offered them to my husband with his store’s well wishes. He would not take payment for them. This kind of thoughtful, personable service is rare in today’s shopping environment. We appreciate this random act of kindness and will honour Charlie’s suggestion to “pay it forward”. “We were in recently looking for a sectional for our new house. Shortly after arriving Jag approached us and asked if we needed any help. We explained what we had in mind and our budget. Right away Jag had a couple of couches in mind to show us. The first one he showed us wasn’t the right fit. Jag listened to what we liked and what we didn’t like about that sectional. The one he showed us next was exactly what we wanted and it was within our budget!! Jag sat with us and helped us visualize what the sectional would look like in the room we have by sketching it all out on paper. Jag took the time to explain every step of the purchase and he even found ways to save us money!! He was even able to get it delivered on the same day that we have other furniture being delivered from another Brick location. Throughout this whole interaction Jag was very personable and easy to talk to. The next day, I was re-examining the room and where the sectional would go and realized I wanted the chaise of the sectional on the other side. We called Jag and he reversed the order that day! Any future furniture purchased will definitely be through Jag!”

“So happy to have found this place! Healthy, local with safe gluten free options. Love that the meals have options for local sustainable meats and vegetarian/vegan. I had the special mushroom, squash and sage risotto and my hubby had the kalbi rice bowl. We both devoured our food and I was sad to see the bottom of my bowl, even though I was bursting! Definitely returning...and soon ????”
