From beginning to end the experience with Aire one was flawless.

Starting with Colin the sales rep. His knowledge to all my technical/installation questions were spot on and he treated us with total respect.

Today April 27 was our installation day and we had Jason and Austin teaming up to the install and in our opinion 2 of the most knowledgeable and team oriented tradesmen we could have hoped for.Their work ethics showed from the start and they took the time to explain and show us what would take place throughout the install.

Once the job was completed and all the testing of the systems were done they took the time to do a walk through with us to ensure the clean up was to our satisfaction.Bravo Jason and Austin.

We found Aire one pricing to be very fare and competitive for the industry.

Aire One was prompt with their response. It was a Sunday when I called them since my furnace stopped working on Saturday night. Justin from sales finalized the order and came over with space heater for the night. Jason and Austin were in the house at 8am on Monday to install the furnace and AC unit. It was a pleasure to see their speed and craftsmanship at work and the knowledge shared by them as they worked along on the installation. They were in and out of the house in under six (6) hrs. They cleaned up the place very well after their work. It was a delightful experience overall. I highly recommend them for Furnace and AC installation.

The service technician was knowledgeable, kind, honest and professional. He shared great insight and helped us understand everything that was wrong. We ended up getting a new furnace installed and the installers were awesome. Bill and Eric were so amazing and they went above and beyond on all expectations.
It’s the workers that make up a company and after this experience I will definitely be calling on them for any future work needed.

Dave from Aire One did a superb job in doing the maintenance checks of our furnace. Was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me the assurance that our furnace is in good shape. Also did the necessary tune up to ensure it is in optimum operating condition. Thanks and all the best to Dave and Aire One!

3-Jan 2019. Today had my furnace checked on by an Aire One Technician, Lee.

I know it is just a routine check that some may just consider as an "in-&-out" job. But Lee carefully checked all the components to make sure all is working well with the furnace. He also brought in a hand shop vac to clean the dust build up and debris.

Before leaving, Lee explained what was done and made sure the furnace is back to optimal working condition.

Thank you Lee and Aire One for ensuring our furnace will be warming up our house during these winter months! Two thumbs up! :-)

Very professional. Ordered new Carrier furnace from them just before Christmas week when our old Goodman furnace broke down. Accommodated my request to have furnace installed immediately the day after I agreed with the price. Installers did what was needed to be done. In and out. Cleaned as they went. Will be visiting their office soon to sign up for the annual maintenance for the furnace. Thanks to Rick for giving us a good deal. Wish you guys all the best and more satisfied customers.

Today I had Aire One come in and perform a routine tune up on my furnace. Troy was my service technician and he was awesome. He explained to me in great detail all the work he performed and everything he fixed. He also took the time to fully inspect my gas line after he had performed the maintenance, because I was concerned with some rust. He found several major problems that require replacement (I have an older home). I had asked another company prior to this visit, and they had told me to just paint over the rust.
Thank you Troy for taking the time to help keep my family and I safe! We will definitely be staying with this company.
