As a parent the photos were always great quality and received in a timely manner. As an office coordinator I found the photographers always punctual, professional and very good with the children. Their customer service is second to none and even if a parent had perhaps an unreasonable request, there were no questions asked. I always enjoyed that I could speak with a “person” on the other end of the phone. Great company!
