“I have known Samantha for years. To find out she has such a great shop was both a surprise and fantastic news! I dealt with her primarily, seeing as she was my initial point of contact. At the time of my order, they did not have the brand I normally use (Horton 6mg). She was quick in finding a substitute and incredibly helpful. I was unable to get there, but her sister lives around the corner from my house. She delivered the product and was incredibly friendly yet still very professional. All in all, I am not recommending this place as a friend of the proprietor. They know the product incredibly well, and dealing with them has been nothing shy of an absolute pleasure. I only wish that I could have seen the store, as the pictures lead me to believe that it is beautiful inside. I will quite happily use their service again in the future!”

“If I could give Mike Schnurr (Victoria St. location) 10 stars on here I would. We rented a car from him last week for a trip to the US. We wanted a full size car but when we got there, there wasn't one available. Mike offered a free upgrade to an SUV, which most people would jump at. Unfortunately, SUV's are not our favorite vehicle ☹ Mike made a few phone calls & came up with a Chrysler 300 but it was in a different city about 20 mins away. As we were filling out our information, we realized our credit card had expired!!! So off we went, back home to get the new one. When we got back, Mike had arranged for the Chrysler to be delivered to this location!!! It was washed, gassed up & ready to go!!! I was so impressed with Mike's professionalism & his dedication to getting us the car we wanted for our trip. Mike went above & beyond to help us & I am grateful for his genuine concern for his clients ???? I will definitely recommend Mike & his colleagues & if we are in need of a car rental in the future, this is the only location that we will go to ???? “We just finished a renovation (addition out the back of our house, and new kitchen, front hallway and bathroom) by Westmount Craftsmen. We love the way it turned out and are so happy we chose Westmount. The whole process from start to finish was well communicated to us, and we found them very reliable. The site manager, Robert, was professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and trustworthy. All the employees were personable and respectful of our house and our space. I was most impressed by the way they handled any little issues that came up and dealt with them strait away and made sure we were satisfied. Collin was fantastic in this way, and it made a huge difference to our experience. Westmount was also great in the way they communicated and worked with the decorators, and the company that built and installed our kitchen cabinets. This made the whole process run smoothly. Our project was on budget (also we added a few things), on time, and it looks beautiful! We would highly recommend Westmount Craftsmen”

“I hosted a backyard wedding and contacted Monali about 6 months before my wedding. I rented many items which included; cutlery, plates, glasses, table covers, coffee makers and even a cotton candy machine. The items were given to me a few days ahead of time which was great as it allowed us to plan out our arrangements a bit better. My interaction with the staff was kind and courteous; however they were a bit disorganized and didn't have all my items when I came to pick up. I did have to make multiple trips to get everything. Another nuance one should be aware of is that you must return all the dishes, glasses and cutlery clean. This was made aware to us ahead of time; but it does take a lot of time! Overall Monali was very kind as were her staff and I would likely utilize them again for future events.”
