Best company I've had the pleasure of working with! I've been to numerous trips around the world, and CSC was by far the best travel agency I've used. They always respond in a timely fashion and take care of my every needs, even answering questions I didn't even know to ask! Great job!

My wife and I have booked numerous vacations through this location. The staff have been friendly and very accommodating. On a family trip to the states, we complete forgot about getting out of country insurance, we were able to call our rep and they took care of this for us. Not a big task, but the ability to get help after hours when out of country, brings peace of mind to the smallest or biggest journey's.

My wife and I have booked numerous cruises, on a variety of cruise lines, through Stephanie and have always received outstanding service. She always responds promptly to phone messages and emails. On a couple of occasions has totally exceeded our expectations in the way that she has negotiated with the cruise lines to either obtain a better price or to obtain reimbursements for a cruise cancelled by the cruise line. As a result of this great service we continue to book through Stephanie.

We had to book our trip last minute, because we were waiting for my passport to arrive. Not only did our agent, Ken, book our trip within 2 hours, he upgraded our room to an ocean view - we didn’t even ask for that. As far as I’m concerned, Ken went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be using him again.

We decided to go back to using a travel agent on our first trip to Europe. Having Lisa as our agent undoubtedly was the best decision we could have done. Her knowledge of the areas we wanted to see full of the very best suggestions from where to use a private driver to enable us to see as much as possible to where to stay and otherwise unknown places to visit. Upgrade when on Celebrity Cruises to enjoy Lumiere! What an amazing trip! Thanks Lisa!
