(November 14, 2018, 7:28 pm)I have to comment about the wonderful service I have been provided by the phone staff and in person staff over the last 2 weeks. I have had to phone CAA/have them visit quite a bit over the last couple weeks. I haven't seen/heard better customer service than from these people. Over the phone and in person; they are polite, friendly, courteous, pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. I have been intimidated by other companies who try to speak over my head and who think they know everything. With CAA this is definitely not the case. It's not often people are commended for the excellence. Rachel who helped me with a boost to my car was EXCEPTIONAL and the gentleman who boosted my SUV that evening was awesome also. Wonderful service all around! Great work to everyone!
(October 30, 2018, 7:44 pm)It's always a pleasure to go in and see the people at the CAA store. They are friendly, informative and honest. The first teller I spoke to apologized due her inability to sell me the insurance I requested.
Weather I'm in there for travel information, insurance or to renew my membership, I'm always pleased with the service
