“I was part of a wedding group that traveled to Mexico. I was hesitant to work with a travel agency since it's a more antiquated way of arranging travel. We had a great deal though, way better than anything I could find elsewhere for a 5 star luxury resort. Since it was a huge group probably the options for schedules (early flight and long and tiring wait to get the room) were limited so that was my only discomfort. I would've wanted more detail about our trip but this may have also not been possible 6 months ahead when our trip was reserved with a big group. In the end, everything went smooth and my experience with this agency went well.”

“I have to comment about the wonderful service I have been provided by the phone staff and in person staff over the last 2 weeks. I have had to phone CAA/have them visit quite a bit over the last couple weeks. I haven't seen/heard better customer service than from these people. Over the phone and in person; they are polite, friendly, courteous, pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. I have been intimidated by other companies who try to speak over my head and who think they know everything. With CAA this is definitely not the case. It's not often people are commended for the excellence. Rachel who helped me with a boost to my car was EXCEPTIONAL and the gentleman who boosted my SUV that evening was awesome also.
