Absolutely delicious and beautifully executed custom cake. We had one made into a fish! Flavour combo was red velvet with a cookies and cream filling. It was so moist and not too sweet. Gazel was very easy to work with. Would recommend and will be ordering in the future!

Gazel did an amazing job on our wedding cake! We chose her elegant design with fondant and it was truly beautiful. The flavours were also fantastic with the lemon/blueberry and cream cheese icing being our absolute favourite. She also delivered the cake to the venue upon request which was a relief. The pricing is great and we ended up with far more cake than guests could eat. Gazel was very quick with communication (we talked via Facebook messenger) and always so polite. Thank you for the fantastic wedding cake 😊

This woman is a Guru of cakes!!! I know I’ve been really lax with this review. My daughter’s wedding was in the beginning of August. I had a vision of the cake my daughter wanted. This beautiful woman understood immediately what I wanted. God gave her the hands of an artist. My daughter (and her hubby) cried when they saw it. I thought Gazelle would post her creation of this cake on this website. I’m so sorry she didn’t. It was the most phenomenal cake I have ever seen in my life!!! She made it EXACTLY the way I described to her…clouds, stars and moons. The most beautiful creation I have ever seen!!! Gazelle’s cakes are absolutely gorgeous and I will ALWAYS order my cakes from her!!! She knows what her clients want…and delivers!!!!!!! So happy with her work. She rocks!!!!!! I won’t EVER get a celebratory cake from anyone else!!!!

I’d like to know why my daughter’s cake is not on this site?? I thought the pictures would be there. My offer is that once I get the pictures from her wedding, I can post them, if you’d like, to show how wonderful your creation was. I did think a picture would have been posted already…a long time ago. That cake was a Masterpiece! Thank You for everything.
