Woodfire Bagels

As far as i know, this is the only shop in town that does bagels the right way, if you know what i mean. You need to at least try one from this place if you don't know. The outside is tough, the inside is dense and soft with a little pull to it. It's just right. The majority of "bagels" in stores are nothing more than a heavy bread baked into ring shapes. I took off 1 star because they have short hours that usually don't work out for me. From my understanding though, they shut down when they're sold out, their day doesn't end by the clock.

I have to limit my trips here because of carb overload. Inexpensive and tasty Montreal style bagels.

My first time here, bagels are delicious and the owner is most kind. Loved the smell as I walked in the door.

Bagels are hand made and baked in a wood fired oven. While not as sweet as some Montreal style bagels I have tried in the past, they are delicious, especially fresh out of the warm paper bag they send you out the door with. Bring cash. No debit, credit cards, bitcoin, etc. available.

Amazing flavor, did not think i could find this outside of Ottawa or Montreal, This Shop is very Humble on the inside (Frighteningly so)
But they make a good product at an amazing price
