I have bought an iPhone from this location, staff here was nice and friendly, wanted to help. The girl there made a mistake while completing my order and we had to wait for almost 2 and half hour to get going. I had brought 2 of my friends with me, and they had to wait with me. I got so frustrated that I was about to leave, but couldn't as my sim card was porting.

Staff is great. I worked at this location myself for 3 years years ago. Seems like the quality of customer service is still the focus.

Christian, you are genius man. You should be the regional manager of Rogers because you have the ability to solve those problems which cannot be solved by Roger's managers. Really, you saved me on that day by giving your valuable time and problem solving ability. Christian, I will always recommend my friends to you because you are very helpful and knowledgeable person. I don't have words with which I can say thank you because whatever you did on that day is really unbelievable for everyone. You saved my 30 days of waiting. Christian, Thanks a lot and lot.
