“Had pretty good customer service and actually didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for it. Just came in to browse at pendants for my chain and guy helped me and my mom for like 15-20 mins showing us different ones, letting me try them and then ending up getting a 2.5 inch cross. Pretty good quality too can maybe say 1 miner imperfection that is only noticeable if your looking for a long time and it’s just little mark on the back side of the connector. But other than that. Great experience tonight with them, will be back to see if customer service changes”
