“I purchased a bag and cart here a few months ago, guys in the store were great. I just ordered a new driver online and chose to pick it up at the store. Some how, it ended up shipping to my billing address which is 2 hours away. A little frustrated, I emailed in asking why it happened and now I have to spend 4 hours round trip picking it up. I received a call within 2 hours letting me know it was a system error and I could pick up the one they had in stock, and they would send me a return label for the one that shipped by mistake. I was in about 15 minutes later, they had it ready at the front along with a 12 pack of balls for the inconvenience. Awesome place to deal with, guys in the store are super knowledgeable and helpful. I've dealt with a few different members of the team and they have all been great. And shipping is fast if you choose it.”

“Pretty small store Wich van feel kinda crampt at times but overall it's well organized and we'll maintained. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all things pop culture. I like going in there to browse various games and collectables and I often find myself talking to the staff members about my interests. It has a wide variety of all things need culture and they're rewards program is very good aswell! They're trade in program, not so much as you dont get as much value out of it if your trading in, but I've found several quality games in they're trade in bins so it is worth a look. Overall if you're looking to buy pop figures, vidoe games or anything nerd culture related I highly suggest this place!”

“If you go ask for Maria, she is so kind and extremely helpful. I found two pairs of jeans in the clearance section however they were full price, I was willing to pay the full price and when Maria asked one of her other associates they told me unfortunately it was full price even though it was the first day out of lockdown and right at open thus, the jeans shouldn't have been mixed up already. This mistake shouldn't have been the customers fault. However, Maria went and talked to another associate and was able to give me the jeans for the clearance price. It was very nice of her to go out of her way and was extremely appreciated.”
