(August 24, 2020, 2:51 pm)Once my wife and I decided to get a cedar hot tub (versus typical premoulded plastic "jacuzzi" style spa) the rest was easy. I found Bryan, and Canadian Hot Tubs Inc, through a quick google search and fortunately the showroom is close by in Kitchener, so we were able to stop in to step into a few different sized tubs and figure out which size we wanted. Bryan is a real salt of the earth type of guy - friendly, honest, and helpful. The pricing is very competitive and they are MADE IN KITCHENER!! Everything arrived on time, on budget, and in pristine condition. Quality of materials and equipment is top notch. Assembly of the hot tub was a breeze, and Bryan was immediately available with a couple questions I had along the way. We are very happy with our hot tub, and I would not hesitate to recommend Canadian Hot Tubs Inc to anyone considering a cedar hot tub. Thanks to Bryan and his team for a great experience!
