Staff are excellent, know their regular clients by name, and are great at helping with a variety of colour questions... especially colour corrections. 😍

Everytime except once, I'm told with tone that "we don't sell to the public, this is a industry only store". As a Barber and shop owner, this is disappointing and frustrating.
When it comes time to pay, I'm ALWAYS told "you're not in our system", until they look deeper and find that I actually am.
In a world where retail is losing to online shopping, the lack of customer service and harsh tone towards barbers, is disappointing and leads me to want to spend my money elsewhere. I hope this gets fixed, I wish to shop local businesses, but if this keeps occuring, i'll take my money elsewhere and recommend the same for other barbers I know.
