    We have always had friendly service when we stop in. This is our favourite place to buy food and hay for our rabbit! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is I wish there was a bit more of a selection for rabbits and other small animals. Maybe some of the wood-type toys for them to chew to help with their teeth.

    A bit over priced for pet toys etc but a good place for some unique food brands not available elsewhere for dogs and other animals. The manager was nice and warm welcoming !!

    Had exactly what I needed and the price was appropriate. Courteous and friendly staff. Excellent, hidden gem, pet store.

    My cats were reacting to their kibble. Staff help me troubleshoot and find something that works Helpful and knowledgeable.

    I like this store it's a relatively small shop, but the people that work there are always helpful. For a small store it has a large variety of foods, toys, and treats. The prices are reasonable. It may be slightly more expensive than a big store, but you will get excellent service and knowledgeable staff helping you.

    They have also increased their accessibility. The aisles are wide and give plenty of room for people who use Mobility devices. A nice feature since most small businesses try to crowd as much product as possible into their stores. If they would get a push button door opener that would allow me to shop independently and I could give them that fifth ????.
