“This locations staff is next level! I have a young son soon to be 13 who absolutly adores this place. He often works chores to run over after or before school to get his oreo mocha frapp. He raves about these employees even knoeing some of them by name. Ive been in multiple times to thank these employees for the the kindness they offer my young son ethan. Everytime im in to thank them they know exactly who im talking about. However i wanted to leave a nice tip to these fine young folk and lesrned this location isnt allowed tips due to zehrs policy! Now that is a shame as they truly r deserving!!!!”

“The way they roped off their restaurant to allow for social distancing is not very effective at all. There was barely anywhere for me to stand and wait for my food to allow others to get through to place their order. Foods alright and decently priced. Not very fast though: was not very busy maybe 2 orders ahead of ours and we waited about 20 minutes. (I hope its cause they're taking extra precautions to ensure safety protocols during covid).”

“I have always come to this location multiple times a week for over a year now as it is the most convenient location on my travels to work. I have not had issues until the last few weeks. I always order my drink without the scoop of fruit when I order those kind of drinks because I don't like them in it, especially when they get soggy. The last few times there has always been fruit added into my drink even after asking for it to not be in my drink. The kind girls/guys who take the order get it right as the stickers on the drinks have all stated "no scoop of fruit" (whatever fruit is in it) but the people who make the drinks don't read the sticker apparently. This is really frustrating as I can't make them remake the drink the way I ordered as I would be holding up the busy line and would be late for work. This is really annoying as I like Starbucks but it's not worth paying $5-$6 for a messed up drink. This location is always friendly which is why I gave it a 3 star but they need to work on making sure their orders are correct.”

You will enter get the bag put your breads in it put the cash in cash box and you are done- No one will ask what you took and how much you paid. “Spent a couple hours meeting here with a peer for coffee & idea sharing. During that time, we ordered some sandwiches, baked goods, and several coffees. Delicious coffee, great food, friendly staff, very nice environment and patio.
