I am over 60 and have worked out and grown and developed my strength, fitness, body and health since I was 20 and continued after having my kids. This place is TOPS! I know because I’ve been involved in many places, in many different exercise gyms and worked with many trainers and coaches for 40 years.
Ascent gives me beyond anything I’ve experienced before and I believe they are the MOST INTERESTED IN helping ME as an individual to do my best BOTH PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. This is what my other gyms and work out classes have missed all these years. Thank you for caring Jay and Shawnna-your place offers everything I need to live my best life ! Thanks -wish I had the time to be there EVERYDAY ! It’s always worth the time it takes me to drive there though and I’ll be back again and again! 👍👍👍

Shawnna and Jay are very professional and welcoming. It does not go unnoticed how hard they have worked to get their business up and running. The space is very clean and there is always a feeling of " door is always open" It is very nice to see in such a warm community to begin with.

Just love that it's back to the basics. Moving our bodies how they are supposed to move. I feel like so many things in society are built to make us sick, or mask sickness and injury. We're not supposed to feel pain all day everyday. Every single movement we did on class I will be incorporating into my everyday!

Oh and the staff is pretty cool 😉

I have watched the hard work, sweat, determination, growth and perseverance of both owners as they have truly thought how to deliver the most amazing space for everyone and anyone to grow and nourish their own mind, body and soul. I wish we lived closer as I would go daily and try everything they have to offer. Absolutely stunning and serene, you won't be dissapointed. They truly care about you and their community. Way to go Jay and Shawnna, so very proud of you guys.!
