AlphaMed Pharmacy & Walk-in Clinic

Great customer service from pharmacy. Never used the walk in clinic service, but from reading the reviews I'm getting to understand that the doctor is not on site and speaks to you over webcam. It sounds like the doctor is servicing multiple clinics at the same time, making for deceptive wait times because you may be looking around at a couple other people in the waiting area and not realizing you might be waiting for the doctor to see many other people before you that are at other locations other than the one you are at. Perhaps the clinic should try to be more up front about there not being a doctor on site and that the clinic operates using telemedicine only. It sounds like some people are surprised when they find out after waiting for their turn that they won't actually be seeing a doctor in person.

After my son had a terrible wipe out on his bike, I took him to this Walk-in Clinic. The healthcare team examined him and I was impressed by how thorough they were. It was extremely convenient that we were able to pickup his prescriptions right on site at the pharmacy as well. I was relieved that they were able to process the payment for the prescriptions through our Benefits coverage and that everything was taken fare of with one stop, in a relatively reasonable time. We were very happy with the service and care that we received. Thanks!
