I arrived at 6:30 PM and the store was already closed. Store hours were posted as to close at 7PM. This resulted in my dose of methadone being missed. I was told that they had left early because the store was not busy. This happened on Canada day, and something similar happened on Easter Monday. They have said they will not close the store early again in order to avoid this type of thing from happening. I am happy to say that it hasn't.
Aside from these isolated incidents, the customer service has been excellent. They also remain open for an hour on Sundays for suboxone / methadone patrons, despite the fact it most likely interferes with their religious practices. This is much appreciated. Thanks for the continued great service.
