(January 27, 2019, 1:35 pm)This is a good place to exercise, it's kept neat & clean by the staff who you hardly notice they're around. I like to go very early in the morning, when there's usually no one else around & I feel that the gym is all mine. I like the equipment but what's annoying is that it's all based on the imperial system used in just 2 countries (Canada not being one of them, hello..!) what's a mile to run we use Kilometres & Kilograms here. Another annoying thing is the screens that are slapped in your face on every treadmill, elliptical, etc...
Why do I have to restrict my vision with a grey screen, or turn it on to get more glare that what I've to deal with in the office. Somebody should think things better, it's not a 1 size fit all.
(November 10, 2018, 1:03 am)This location is clean, well laid out, well stocked, and has amazing staff. Women's locker room is HUGE and has 3 showers. Fully accessible location as well. The staff from Hamilton (Barton St & Queenston) would do well to come here for customer service training as the staff here are top tier!
(October 2, 2018, 11:30 pm)Great place and even better price. It had everything I was looking for and 24/7 access. The staff are friendly and helpful but it's only staffed at certain times.
(September 26, 2018, 1:40 am)2018--09-23 open, recent renovations. A new free lifting space has been added with a wood floor where smaller hand weights and small bar sets are available. Great for the price. Nice big windows for natural light.
