Each session felt like catching up with an old friend, and I found myself looking forward to my appointments each week. “Absolutely in love with this gym! I joined to learn a new fitness skill and it has not disappointed! The team is very welcoming and you immediately become part of the community there. Throughout your workout you are constantly supported by a trainer and having your form corrected which is super important when you’re first learning new movements. The workout itself is killer and incredibly fun! The music is AMAZING, the energy is awesome, and the facility is super clean. I would recommend this to everyone, kickboxing is an incredible and fun skill to learn. It strengthens you in ways other forms of fitness often miss. The team & workout are incredible and for what you’re getting, the price is incredibly fair. A hidden gem in Waterloo!!”

“I have underwent two spinal surgeries before the age of 25. After my second surgery in 2019, I was referred to go to physiotherapy. I was referred to another place for about a year. I was not satisfied. After researching I found Depth. I have been seeing Sean. After only a couple of session, I saw a major improvement in my overall physical health. He really does care about my health and my journey. Sean pushes me to reach my goals and believes in me. Due to another health issue, Sean referred me to work with Kathleen for a while. She has improved my health. She wants me to set goals. She has been working along side Sean to make sure their treatments to ensure their treatment plans align and help me get to my overall goal. Since working with them, I have less painful days, I can move my body better and I am happier with my body movement. I would refer everyone and anyone to go to Depth. Thank you for getting me to where I am now. I never thought I would move like this ever again.”
