Kasia is a weaver of stories, song, breath work and spirit. Her ability to create a welcoming space allows everyone to feel that this yoga practice has been created specifically for them while creating a beautiful shared experience. Her classes have become a weekly anchor for me that has inspired further exploration of daily practice.
I was so happy 5 years ago to discover Kasia's classes. It has been a wonderful journey in self awareness and discovery. Through her classes I've discovered I'm stronger than I ever thought possible. The journey of self awareness and discovery isn't always a upward or forward one and through it all Kasia and the classes she facilitates have been there to guide, support and strengthen. Feel fortunate to be a part of this community.
These classes have impacted my life in a way that words cannot explain. Kasia is an incredibly skilled, compassionate and knowledgeable teacher. I always leave class feeling a renewed sense of vibrancy and peace in myself...even in the midst of these wild times in which we live. Kundalini has helped me through some tough things and for that I am eternally grateful!
Kasia guided me to expand my mind, soul and body in directions I didn't know existed, despite over a decade of practicing yoga. Kundalini yoga is very accessible to anyone, regardless of physical condition or experience. Her studio is one of my favourite places so I was skeptical of the online experience but Kasia adopted online teaching early and through ongoing feedback created a very positive remote experience.
Kasia's classes are the best yoga classes I've participated in by far. She is funny and warm and it feels cozy and accepting. Her classes are also more then yoga... they take you inward and feel like therapy sometimes. Very beautiful space and small classes. Profound practice. I highly recommended to anyone looking for increased vitality or a container for processing life's stuck places inside yourself.
