“Current - Jan 2021 Much happier with the service we are receiving. Diapers are good quality and changes to orders are easily done. Still some issues getting the billing correct at each 6 month interval. But one email quickly solves the problem with credit for any errors and the correct amount then being charged. PAST - (3 years ago) Diaper service has improved where we are now getting the correct number of diapers per week and better quality than 6 months ago. Many of the mistakes happened around the time of the owner change over. However, we are dealing with billing inconsistencies on a regular basis. We pay 6 months in advance and since the owner change, have not had a correct invoice once. Last owners always called at the six month renewal - new owners don't, saying there are too many clients to do this. So, we get switched to bimonthly billing without consultation every time. We never get sent a copy of the invoice unless we ask for one - we just see the charge come through on our visa. A very frustrating experience. Check your invoices and make sure you're being charged correctly! We've been overcharged twice now.”

“I highly recommend checking out Big Leaf Print in Baden for all your printing needs and they have a huge selection of available artwork in a variety of mediums to suit everyone's needs. I was last minute Christmas shopping the week before Christmas and Kris totally helped me out with a beautiful print of a picture that I had on my cell phone that i never thought would be able to be blown up into any type of quality artwork. He recommended that I try it out on a brushed aluminum surface and I went with it even though I had never even heard of this before. So glad I took his advice the print came out beautiful and he had it done in a couple of days for me. Thanks so much I will certainly be recommending his services to others.”
