“On a Tuesday afternoon in January, we stopped in for a late lunch. The good reviews of 2 different sets of friends encouraged us to try this small restaurant. It is located in an older plaza in a residential area. The food was excellent. It was traditional Polish dishes at their best. The portions were generous and served piping hot. The sides were also ample. Water flavoured with fresh lemons, limes and cucumber is free of charge. A larger dining room and menus rather than ordering at the counter would be nice. However, the friendly service and wonderful food make any complaints seem petty. The total for 2 schnitzels with salads, mashed potatoes, water and 1 piece of pie was $44. We will be back again.”
