“We stopped in one day at the Chartwell “Royal on Gordon” to inquire about the care they provide for seniors. Nicole gave us a tour and talked about the programs and activities available to the residents. We were impressed with the cleanliness, nicely decorated and functional rooms for various activities and a beautiful dining area. The townhouses offered independent living while enjoying some of the programs. Nicole said they were looking for someone to organize the library. Dan and I decided that we would volunteer because working there would give us an opportunity to see, hear and observe.. We were pleased to find that respect, cheerfulness, friendliness and cleanliness were not just for show but for real. We have just moved into a townhouse and already we feel at home. The grounds, staff and some residents are familiar to us and most importantly we know we can count on good care when we need it.”

“My mom has really bad knee pain for over a month, she was not able to bend her one knee, and she was not able to walk without extreme pain, couldn’t sleep during night. We visited Dr Ma’s clinic, it has been 5 treatments now, she is able to take walks outside with us and going down the stairs. Just had one night without pain killer last night. We were told there can be more improvements with further treatment, that’s really good to hear. My mom has been telling her friends about acupuncture and this clinic, she calls them “miracle workers” :) I am writing this because I want more people in need can see them and get the help. These guys don’t book 50 people in at he same time for chiro, instead they actually take their time and go through everything with you one on one. The RMTs are great also.
