“The Royal City is a hard one to rate. I love it for take out, the food is very good and for a relatively good price, going there has always made me feel a bit uncomfortable somehow. The restaurant screams for repairs, even if the buffet is quite nice with a good selection, it feels dingy inside. It might do even better if they upgraded it and brought it into 2019 instead of 1975, give it a good clean, paint walls, fix bathrooms. Still a good place to eat.”
