its a great friendly place owners are great and helpful. dont have to sign a contract and people there can help you to. and price is very affordable.

I must say, the owners of this gym have been very accommodating to my friend Chris Sinclair while he finds a new location for his gym, they have allowed us to use their facilities and have been very accommodating to our schedule. The facility has a good selection of equipment, mind you its not shiny and all bling bling like those fancy name brand gyms, but it all works well and is well kept. I would recommend friends and family go here.

I have the pleasure to work with Alana/Guelph Performance Therapy in field coverage around Guelph, Cambridge, and Kitchener-Waterloo. Alana is highly respected by all of the teams/associations/school boards that she works with. She is always professional, courteous, understanding, and quick to respond. On more than one occasion she has been able to successfully take on last minute requests for field coverage when another business had come up short.
