(November 25, 2016, 3:35 pm)I'm usually bored by gyms. Or if not bored, then unsure how to build upon my previous workouts. TNT took those concerns away. Great workouts, small classes and a coach who customizes it to get the most from you. Best of all, it's really fun. I've been going twice a week for 3 years and at 41 I'm in better shape than when I was 21 or 31.
