(March 10, 2020, 4:13 pm)Apartment is okay to live in. Like my unit but smells from other neighboring apartments come into our unit. Building could be maintained better. Most of the tenants are nice but as living within a building, nothing is perfect. Can be filthy at times especially laundry machines and front lobby usually has a foul smell. The charge for parking is a rip off. Snow plowing in the parking lot is terribly done, usually blocking vehicles in. Garbage everywhere. Get notice from management on maintenance of water shut off, then work does not happen that day. Other than that, location is nice and convenient for my family.
