“I normally love going to booster juice, but for some reason with this location, all the employees look like they hate their jobs. I work in the mall and return almost every day, but there’s no smile, only sometimes I get a hello, and it just makes me feel sad. I don’t know how they treat their employees behind the scenes, but they don’t seem like they want to be there. I gave 3 stars because they have always got my order correct and on time. I hope these hard working employees are getting the treatment they deserve. Willing to change my review if this gets addressed.”

“It was an important matter, first the reception gave me 1 wk time. But explained to her the importance of it and requested her to give me call if there are any cancellation. I got the appointment the following day. The Dr. spent lots of time explaining the situation and suggested the appropriate least expensive action to be taken. “Brought my family here for ice cream. Right away the person at the counter compliments what I’m wearing and won me over immediately. Then they spoke very nicely and listened very well to my young children and really made their experience, and ice cream, special in a way that seems rare these days. Very wholesome. The other person who was helping my MIL had a great sense of humour and was also great.”

“I spent over 30 years of my life suffering with PTSD and the past three years on ODSP (disability). After my first session, I felt amazing and drove home in peace when typically I would have been aggravated by an hour on the highway. Allen taught me that trauma is an injury that can heal, and now I know from experience that it is. After my breakthrough, I can proudly say I no longer have PTSD! The process was so different than anything I had been through (counselling, CBT, DBT) because it did not retraumatize me, push medications, have me go over my life's story again and again, or have me strapped to a binder for the rest of my life, plus I was through the bulk of the work in three weeks and able to get on with my life. I'm now working full time and achieving goals I couldn't even have fathomed before this healing. I will always be grateful to Allen Kanerva and the Trauma Team for the work they do.”
