(December 17, 2018, 8:55 pm)I just bought a laptop with only 4g of ram, but I bought it because it came with Windows 7 and a backlit keyboard. I couldn't install 16g to upgrade it, and I stripped the screw that accesses the add on ram. I was totally helpless. Infinican charged me $40. I now have 20g of ram and my best efforts only saw 4g, and then I stripped the screw. So now I would take any computer problem to them, embarrassing as that may be..

(March 11, 2018, 8:52 pm)I initially visited to drop off / get some diagnostics on my PC tower. The gentleman had a look and could basically tell me what I needed to know and do without them needing me to pay them to check what I could essentially check myself. Turns out he was right and haven't needed to go back, though I would if I did.
Prices and selection seemed decent, so I would know where to go if I needed to again.
