“Friendly staff, good location with lots of parking, open hours most people want to work out, always clean, functional and new (enough) equipment, not intimidating, friendly people seem to gravitate here, really good price (of course), not overly loud, no personal trainers offering unsolicited advice, enough weights for the majority of lifters...you can grab a tims or bucks coffee in the same building on the way out. no showers for guys, but I go to a gym to lift / cycle...not to bathe. 5 / 5!”
