“I recently posted a 1 star review for this particular location. I have to admit that I was disappointed with service I had received at this location. I reached out to the customer service line, where a woman took my information and details of my complaint. She was kind and considerate. She said that the regional manager would be in touch with me. With in a day the regional manager contacted me, we spoke about the issue and she apologized. I felt that the issue was dealt with. Today, I received a handwritten card, with an apology from the individual that caused the unpleasant experience. In my opinion, they turned a negative experience in to a very positive one. That small gesture of a handwritten note had a very large impact to me. I would now recommend this location and store to any professional. Thank you very much ladies.”

“Is a good person - honest, reliable, would give you the shoes off his feet if he had any. Gave me the best local price on a repair that's a bit tricky. Offers iPhone and Android repair, batteries and screen repair etc. Has lots of computer parts at prices similar to what I find online, does service. Only complaint is that his biz does not come up higher on google search.”

“I got food delivered from this place, the food was good. Jerk chicken doesn't taste like authentic jerk chicken, more like BBQ jerk chicken but it still taste great. I ordered the goat, tasted really good but kinda sad about the portion of goat given. Got only 6 pieces of goat and goat is mostly bone. Kinda felt a little ripped off unfortunately. Anyways hope this helps.”
