We also appreciated their willingness to hold on to the product temporarily due to the work we had to do to prepare the install site and they worked with us to accommodate our delivery date. We took their advice to have the product installed by their people and we are so glad we did. The installers were very skilled, professional and respectful of our property and they were able to seamlessly incorporate the electrical work that my husband ran to the location. They also left the site clean which we really appreciated. The gazebo looks like it has always been there. The finished result is fantastic and we have been able to enjoy some wonderful times with friends and family since we've installed it. Everyone who has seen it has been super impressed.
