“During the height of the pandemic's bike shortage, I decided to buy a bike. Not surprisingly, I was promptly told to 'call back in a year' when I reached out to some local retailers. After a number of unsuccessful attempts at finding a bike myself, I reached out to Nate to see if he could help out and I was not disappointed. Nate has a passion and enthusiasm for biking that extends to helping others find the right bike for themselves. From the minute I enlisted Nate's help he was very generous with his time and was adamant that I get the right bike, not just 'a' bike. Given the market conditions at the time and the fact that I required an XL frame, finding the right bike was no easy feat.
